Do you include free installation with every boiler? Yes. Every boiler we supply includes free installation as standard. That means no surprise labour fees, no call‑out charges, and no additional fitting costs. The price you see is the price you pay.
What size combi boiler do I need for a 1, 2, 3 or 4‑bed home? For a 1–2 bed flat, you will need a 24–28kW boiler, for a 2–3 bed house you will need a 28–32kW boiler, a 3–4 bed house, a 32–35kW boiler, and for large homes or multiple bathrooms: 35kW+
What happens after I’ve purchased my boiler online? Once you place your order online, most in stock boilers can be fitted as quickly as the next day. Our team will then contact you to confirm a convenient installation time and make sure everything is ready for a smooth, hassle free fit.
What’s included in the cost of a boiler replacement? Our boiler replacement price includes the new boiler, all required parts, flue kit, filters, thermostat, scale reducers and shock arrestors where required, safety checks, warranty registration, and full installation by a Gas Safe engineer. There are no hidden extras, everything needed to get your heating running is included.
Do your prices include VAT? Yes, all of our prices are inclusive of VAT.
